Each platter includes sandwiches from the selection below, cut in half. The cost per sandwich is $7.50, with a minimum of 10 sandwiches per platter.

  carrots julienne, cucumber, beets, avocado, red onion, lettuce, tomato & pesto mayo on ciabatta
